  • Library and information desk
  • Telephone and reception duties
  • Providing refreshments
  • Administrative/Clerical
  • Counselling
  • Organising activities and events
  • Fundraising
  • Offering advice and skills in planning services to be offered
  • Help with production/distribution of newsletter
