Huddersfield Parkinson's Disease Society
‘. . . providing support and help locally . . .’

The Parkinson’s Disease Society was established in 1969. The Huddersfield Branch is just one of over 330 branches and support groups located across the UK offering support and services, enabling everyone affected by Parkinson’s and their families to meet others in similar situations.

We believe all people with Parkinson’s should have access to high quality and integrated health and social care services delivered by professionals with a good understanding of the condition wherever they live across the UK.

If you have been diagnosed with Parkinson's, suspect you may be a sufferer, or care for someone with the illness, we welcome you to join us and find acceptance, friendship, information and support from others who understand and have experienced your difficulties.

No one should have to face Parkinson’s on their own and if you are affected by the condition we are here to support you.
